Fibreglass is a very common kind of fibre reinforced plastic using glass fibre. The fibres can be randomly flattened, arranged into a sheet, or woven into a fabric. Fibreglass is durable, light and useful in many ways. Glass fibres were combined with polyester resin and were used for wool home insulation. Fibreglasses are corrosion resistant and impact resistant. It has a moderately high strength to weight ration.
